Why we're here
As someone who draws a great deal of happiness from helping others succeed I thought Personal Training was an easy career choice.
I would simply show people how to exercise and they would see great positive change in their lives both physically and mentally.
I was wrong.
My job isn't just to show you how to exercise, youtube can do that.
My job isn't to demand you do one more rep, i'm not a drill sergeant.
My job is to be here, for you however you uniquely need me to be.
I provide the professional guidance, the moral support and reassurance that YES you can do this when that self doubt creeps in.
My job is to find the hidden version of you that loves life, has boundless energy and thrives everyday and build that version of you up into your default self.
My job is to be there during those motivation droughts and keep you moving forward.
My job above all else, is to make sure you make it. Whatever that looks like to you.
